Weight Loss: 1000mcg B12, 500mg C, avoid sweets
Weight Loss: 1000mcg B12, 500mg C, avoid sweets Just looking for friendship; not much more than that. We could chat, grab coffee, or a beer, or phone text. I could also offer advice, seeing as I've been there, done that, and bought the t-shirt. Looking to lose weight? Try the Stiver weight loss plan. 1000 mcg of vitamin B12 with 500 mg of vitamin C together with breakfast. Make that breakfast be a bowl of frosted mini wheats, or a bowl of salad. Coffee with Splenda or diet Mountian Dew for energy throughout the workday. For lunch (four hours after breakfast) eat a pear, peach, apple, or banana. Lunch can also be a bowl of Greek yogurt (6 oz. of Choban or Dannon Oikos or similar.) For dinner a salad, or a potato salad from Wal-Mart [16 ounce size(I like the Amish variety)]. Note: this diet will make you fiend for sweets like a crackhead for crack. Avoid candy, and cakes, and pastries. Update 7/20/2012: just lost another 5 pounds for a total of 15 pounds. The diet seems to diminish the appetite (at least for me.) I'm down to 165 from 180 pounds. This diet works well but there will be peaks and troughs in personal energy. 11-20-2012: Up to 173 lbs. Update: 1-25-2013: At 178 lbs. (haven't been sticking to the diet.) A delicious meal: Add to a can of potato soup about four or five Morningstar Farms Mealstarters Chik'n Strips. Add a couple of pinches of pepper. Tastes clam chowdery and is very filling. Eat with crackers.
