Don't hate me.. I cook with lean meat too... It's true.. I do cook with meat.. but I also cook with veggies extensively. I started doing so in an effort to lose weight when I was diagnosed as a diabetic.. the low carb diet has helped me go from 412 to 290.. with my ultimate goal of losing weight all the way down to 212.. for a full 200 lbs lost.. we'll have to see if I can get that low.. but I know I can only do it with my humble friends the VEGGIES!
