I know there's an intelligent veg-head out there for me! I am a creative soul, and I express my creativity through playing music, creating art and finding novel ways to teach children. Nature intrigues me, and I love to explore the natural world while hiking, camping and snowboarding. I hope one day to add rock climbing to that list. The music that rocks my world is of the singer/songwriter genre, and all things happening on the Grateful Dead inspired jamband scene, plus some indie rock, classic rock, and bluegrass, for good measure. I have been a vegetarian for about 6 years, and a practitioner of yoga for about 3 years. I believe in being a contributing member of my community, and I reach out through educating children with autism and living a sustainable lifestyle. I see the world for what it is, but I still manage to maintain an overall optimistic outlook. I see balance in our world, and I try to maintain that balance in my personal life, some days with better luck than others.

I'm looking for a man with a certain amount of maturity and responsibility, but please don't read "boring" here! I am a kid at heart and would love to find someone to goof off with and laugh till it hurts! Life is so much more fulfilling if you can find something to laugh about, so a great sense of humor is a must. I'm also looking for someone who loves to learn new things and explore the unknown. I'm inquisitive and always looking for new information and experiences, and I would really like to share this part of my personality with the person that I date. Oh, and please be a reader. I need someone that can recommend a good book and have intelligent conversation about what they've read.
