Who am I? Tough question. We all have so many aspects. I've been vegetarian, and wholefood, for over forty years. Teetotal (I can't stand the taste of alcohol). Very creative, artistically. A retired art teacher (B.A. Hons. in Fine Art - Sculpture), I now paint, write, and am about to seek a publisher for a children's story I've written and il----rated. I sing in a local choir(mostly 60's & 70's songs) and volunteer-steward, in the summer, for a local open-air theatre (Sterts).
Not into religion as such (too control-freaky), but very spiritually-oriented. My Rosicrucian studies (AMORC), over 35 years, have taught me to be a 'Walking Question Mark'. I like looking at all sides of an issue. I consider myself to be 'a spiritual being on a human journey'.
I prefer countryside to city; Warm climate to cold (why, oh why, wasn't I born in California???); I like tuneful music - contemporary-folk-type(e. g. Joan Baez, John Denver), some classical (Hayley Westenra), New-Age mediation-type music (Med Goodall, Neil H.) - at a modest volume. (I hate loud music, jazz, blues, heavy-metal etc.) I'm definitely NOT a night-owl (at 0pm I'm ready for bed, not a night on the town!). Single, no children.

MY IDEAL MAN
I long for for someone who will accept me as I am; with whom I can relax as we mutually support each other through good times and bad.
I'd like a loving, afectionate, supportive, courteous, educated man with compatible interests - someone with whom I can grow and evolve spiritually. Non-smoker, light-or-non-drinker. Someone who will be a friend first - my best friend. Pets are OK, so are children. (Divorcee/never married OK, but no married's or separated.)
