The way to my heart is definitely through my tummy I have been a vegetarian for quite some time. I've taken it in stages. I feel my absolute best when eating raw vegan, though I'm not quite there, yet.

For the moment, though I do not purchase dairy or eggs myself, I occasionally allow others to offer me sustenance, even if a small amount has been added.

Eating about 80% raw would be my ultimate intention, since this has provided me with the best energy I've known, though it is a slow road at the moment.

finding someone who's already at that stage or close, would definitely give me some inspiration for some clever meals! It's ever so much easier to do yourself good, food-wise, when others share a similar goal.
