Hi there! I'm David, an honest, loving and caring fella that's looking for friendship first and then see how things develop. I would love to find my soulmate, but the best partnerships have to start somewhere!

Animals and nature are an important part of my life, and I love long walks with my dog, a black Lab called Bailey. I also love Cornwall and Devon, and try to get down there as often as possible, although I still enjoy long weekends away with the right company. Quiet country pubs are great to have a relaxing drink in, or just a little cafe for a tea or coffee and a chat. Evenings in are great for relaxing and spending quality time with the right person.

I love my motorsport, history and historic sites and buildings, repairs and diy and of course making people happy, you can't beat a happy person with a smile! I have a happy, optimistic disposition and a live and let live view of life. I am serious when the occassion demands and am very protective towards those close to me.

Although I'm definietly not a shallow person, I do believe that there needs to be a physical attraction between a couple, it's at least as important for to find that all elusive spark, that little something that makes any relationship work!
