I have been vegitarian for 28 years.I have been reading about raw food and find it interesting. I am not fully raw yet, but working on it. I do a lot of juicing. I became a vegetarian for reasons of cruelty, politics, and spiritual,(became a budhist,now a bit lapsed). I am nearly vegan, just getting my diet sorted.
