I gave up read meat fifteen years ago. I have given up all meat two weeks ago. Lost both parents to cancer and my only sister is fighting cancer for the second time. I want to five to be very old like our g grandmother And grandmother on my mothers side.

I need to lurn more about being a full fledge vegetarian. Tofu is my main concern, how to cook it so I get the best flavor from it. I want need the very best recopies so I can convence my husband to fallow me. I want to find the very best replacement for dairy products, because I love cheese and milk. I like silk reg.milk but finding cheeses is very hard in my area I have to travel over 60 miles to find a fresh hearth food store and the chouces are many. Also a good replacement for eggs if there is one.

I will appreciate all the help I can get.
