Looking for a female friend who is about 95% vegetarian like I am. Someone who lives relatively close to me in case our friendship develops to the point where we could meet for tea/coffee/wine...your call. I like a good cuppa meself (I'm English...what can I say...that's the way we talk!) If you just want to chat, that's fine too. I've been almost vegetarian for about fifteen months now, and I was 212 lbs when I started, and I got down to 160-165 in four months, and that's where I'm still at now. Of course, back then I had bacon and eggs every morning, not to mention inordinate amounts of extra mature cheddar cheese, which I still secretly crave. Maybe you can help me be a bit more imaginative with tofu/beans/rice. I live in Minnesota, and with this recent cold weather I tend to make vegetable stews with just a minute amount of chicken or turkey or fish.
