Hello I am looking for friends to help keep me on track and share tips with on being on vegetarian. I am now 4 days free of meat and to tell you the truth I don't miss it like I thought I would. I would like to continue and want ot be a healthy as possible while doing so, I am not sure what to eat to get the most benefit and I don't what to consume I boatload of carbs because that does seem to be the most filling. Well I guess thats about it, can't wait to hear from yall.
