Chatta Pescatarian "rd0" Actually, I guess I'm an ovo-lacto pescatarian, although I'm not consuming hardly any ovo and lacto now either. I do eat a little bit of sea critter, mainly to flavor (brown, of course) rice and beans. I steam veggies, eat salads, and cook (mostly non-aluminum quick) wheat or corn bread. Though I don't add salt to anything, I do open cans.
I flavor with black pepper, garlic powder, hot sauce, and mustard. I am not much knowledgeable about other spices, but would like to be.
