Good Vibrations

With so many great veggie dishes available I really don't understand how or why someone would take the life from an innocent animal in order to consume their flesh. Just love Indian curries and Chinese Szechuan food. The art that goes into the preparation of some of these dishes amazes me ...particularly Indian cuisine ... learning to manipulate the various spice portions is definitely an acquired skill.
