Peace Meditation I am a vegetarian not a vegan, I drink organic milk with a plant based DHA Omega-3 from Horizon.
I am a father to one beautiful daughter. I think children are our future and that we must be super patient with them so they grow up with a true feeling of what love is.
I am currently involved in helping to create a new peace movement by sharing what I have learned with everyone.
For exercise I prefer to ride bikes, swim, or do exercise at home. I don't go to the gym.
I like camping out in a tent or trailer.
I spend time every day in meditation.
I hold hands in public. I like dogs and cats.
I love nature and I respect this planet as my home.
