Be Content and Enjoy Hello� My name is Theresa! How would I describe myself well I guess it all revolves around things I like! I love to run and run at least five times a week anywhere between 4 to 12 miles a day. Most of my longer runs are on the weekends. Besides running I currently practice yoga and am going to start swimming and biking to potential start doing triathlons but baby steps! I need to run a full marathon first and start building up! So as you can read I love being active, I like going on hikes and being outdoors! I am not a very experienced hiker but would love to start doing it more and more! I just hiked Half Dome in Yosemite for the first time this year. There is nothing better than nature and I love it all from the mountains to the beaches. I have two dogs, love to spend my time reading, making dinner for friends, and going out. As far as education goes I have my Bachelors in History but am actually going back to school for a degree in Nutrition to start getting into the health field because a healthy active lifestyle is where my passion is at and I want to help share that passion with others� So four more years of school and lots of science here I come. What else? Hmmm� There is lots but this will be it for now!
