I've been ovo-lacto vegetarian for nearly 13 years.

I am intelligent, caring, kind and funny.

I work for a research company as a GIS tech.

I attended the University of Maryland, College Park and majored in Geography with a minor in Social Studies, and I love learning about world cultures and languages. I appreciate religion as a cultural factor and find it fascinating as a topic of study and conversation, but I am not religious. When someone asks me if I believe in God, I tell them that I believe in Mother Nature and Father Time ;o)

My dream job would combine world travel and photography.

I do not smoke, never have. No drugs. I do drink alcohol in moderation.

I love dogs and animals. I am extremely allergic to cats so unfortunately I cannot be around them.

My interests include photography, travel, searching for treasures and finding a good bargain.

I like most music: classic rock, pop, country, some classical, swing, bluegrass, some hip hop & rap, and Hawaiian music.

I attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa on exchange for 1 year and have been there to visit 5 or 6 times. I will continue to visit the islands and hope to live there again someday. I have been learning the Hawaiian language and know approximately 700 words and phrases.

Activities that interest me are bowling (10 pin), walking, moderate hiking, eating out and going to the movies.

I would love to learn how to sail and surf. I have never tried water-skiing or para-sailing but would be willing to try.

I love going to theme parks and water parks - especially Walt Disney World.

My dream trip would be a year traveling to every country in Europe.
