I have been a vegetarian since the age of 10. When people ask why I am a vegetarian, I say "For any and every reason you can think of." I was not raised this way but my family is very accepting of my choice. As I get older, it hard to think about spending my life with someone who isn't a vegetarian. There are too many moral and every-day conflicts that come to mind.
I am a Christian. While I do not believe that I need to date a Christian, I do need my partner to be accepting and encouraging with my religion.
Though I am a Christian I am also very pro-gay rights. I have many gay friends and family and have actively participated in Gay-Straight Alliances and Garden State Equality for years.
Other than the "big three:"
I am a history teacher...or at least I would be if there were more job openings out there.

I am a musician. I play clarinet and saxophone, and am learning guitar.
I love to read and write.
I love movies. Esp. horror, war, and comedy.
Any genre of music is good music...but each song and artist is unique.
I have a 1 1/2 year old niece who I love desperately.
