Seeking a like-minded soulmate.... Separated, having realised that my marriage was based on little truly meaningful common ground. I'm now looking to find my soulmate. It's taken me a while to realise that some things can't be compromised on and my core values must be shared by my partner also.

I care very deeply about animals and animal welfare. I've been vegetarian for 30 years (10 of those as a vegan) and I have a happy, healthy lifestyle. I found becoming a vegan ridiculously easy to do! I don't believe we have the right to cause suffering to any creature.

My friends say the following about me: Compassionate, warm & sensitive. Fiercely loyal. Quirky. Not particularly shy, but definitely doesn't like the limelight. Has a tendency to over-analyse and can be a bit of a worrier!

Some things I love: My family, animals (obviously!), the outdoors, wildlife and peace & quiet. Interesting cities, trying new food & finding wonderful veggie/ vegan restaurants. Living within easy reach of a train station. Avocados. Affection.

Some things I dislike: Unethical corporations; big egos; plastic. Reality TV, pointless celebrities; ignorance. Cats (sorry, but I find it hard to like something so intent on killing everything in sight). Affectation.
