I really love tofu,especially in stir fry I was force fed meat as a child ,but always knew I was a bit of an animal activist,I remember, I was 10, and saw a documentary on the production of veal and was in tears by its end.It wasn't until my late twenties that I first adopted the veggie way of life. I have fallen back a few times burt remain steadfast in my belief that it is the healthiest and most humane way to live.
